Refunds + returns

Returns
Due to the nature of our custom products, we do not accept returns of any kind.

Acceptable Refunds
We provide refunds on items that arrive defective or damaged within 10 days of receiving the item. To start a refund request, please send us photos of the items to hello@velvetandgold.co with your Order # in the subject line. After reviewing your request, we will notify you if a refund is due. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. 

Non-acceptable refunds
Issues related to product design are not eligible for refunds. However, we’d love to make things right and provide you with products and services you’ll be happy with! Please send us an email at hello@velvetandgold.co within 10 days of your purchase so we can find the best resolution for you. We encourage customers to sample our products before using by purchasing sample swatches which allow experiencing the weight and feel of our items. Design proofs are also sent to client for approval before printing. 

Velvet and Gold is not responsible for any issues with content (such as spelling, incorrect names, or information) that has been provided by the client. No refunds will be provided.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 10-day policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item(s) to request an exchange or refund.
